Should I be worried if my Grill food probe's ambient sensor doesn't match my cooker?

Should I be worried if my Grill food probe's ambient sensor doesn't match my cooker?

Update Time:2023/12/15
In most cases, built-in cooker thermometers measure the temperature in a different spot from where you put your food, like in the back of the oven or the lid of the grill. On top of this, there are usually hot and cold spots in the cooker, rather than having one consistent temperature throughout the whole chamber.
That's why it's important for Grillmeater probes ambient sensor to read the temperature right at the black high resistance handle. It tells you the actual temperature your food is exposed to, and helps to calculate a more accurate cook time
